Apigacor88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the apigacor88 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the apigacor88 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Login Credential Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. apigacor88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party, whether intentional or otherwise.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the apigacor88 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity or any activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt or compromise the platform's security systems or technical infrastructure in any way.
- Do not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other means to scrape data or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Do not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other users for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
- Do not impersonate any other individual or provide a false identity when using the platform.
- Do not use your account for commercial, marketing or business purposes without the express written consent of apigacor88.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance freezing, and appropriate legal action at the absolute discretion of apigacor88.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the apigacor88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via local payment methods including DuitNow and online bank transfer.
Deposit
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your account name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
Apigacor88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any deposit deemed unusual or inconsistent with your account's normal usage patterns.
Withdrawal
All withdrawals will be processed to the verified bank account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Identity verification may be required prior to your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. This is a standard security measure to ensure the safety of your funds.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by apigacor88 are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions set for each offer. Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn as cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met. apigacor88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted due to a system error or misuse.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Apigacor88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including financial loss resulting from service disruptions, technical failures or unfavourable game outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you deposited at the time of the incident in question.
Apigacor88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including: suspected fraud, breach of terms of use, promotion abuse, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable conditions.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text and software on the apigacor88 platform are the exclusive property of apigacor88 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying or using any such content without the express written consent of apigacor88.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
